Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides behavioral health treatment for adults who are transitioning from inpatient care or who are in need of crisis stabilization - or a more intensive level of treatment, for a few weeks, than is generally provided in once weekly therapy sessions. Individuals attend therapy and education groups, depending upon their individual needs, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am. to 3:00 p.m. Many patients drive themselves to treatment. For those who would prefer not to drive themselves to treatment or who do not have access to transportation, we are happy to provide free transportation to and from treatment. We serve neighboring communities, including Newark, Union City, Hayward, Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore,. Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View, Campbell, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Redwood City and San Mateo. Complementary lunch and snacks are included, and our on-site dietician is ready to assist with special requirements. We accept Medicare and most insurances. Please contact our Intake Coordinator, Senobia Ellis at the number below or at www.senobia.ellis@psysolutions.com for more information or to schedule a free consultation.
Our multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals works together to evaluate each individual and determine the most appropriate individualized treatment plan. The individual who begins treatment with us is the foremost member of this team, which includes board certified psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and registered nurses. Our patients benefit from treatment employing cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), mentalizing skills, skills drawn from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based approahces. Our team of mental health professionals works in collaboration with each patient to develop a treatment plan based upon the unique treatment needs of that individual and reason for either seeking treatment at this time or being referred to treatment at this time. Part of our comprehensive treatment program includes assigning each patient a primary therapist for coaching, support and case management - as well as a board certified psychiatrist who will prescribe medication, as needed. We have successfully treated individuals suffering from a range of challenges in living, problems and mental disorders, including:
