Beginning with a free consultation and assessment, a skilled clinician will address any questions you might have about therapy - as well as provide you with information about our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program and Adolescent After-School Program, depending upon your needs. We also offer a comprehensive Adult Chemical Dependency Program (CD-IOP) week nights from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We are usually able to provide transportation to and from treatment to individuals living in areas including Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward, Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and San Mateo. We are proud to offer you a highly comprehensive adult and adolescent treatment programs. A multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals work together to evaluate you and determine the most appropriate individualized treatment plan. You will be assigned to a primary therapist who is able to provide you with one-on-one coaching in order to enhance your progress in group treatment. If you are unable to drive yourself to treatment or to arrange transportation for yourself, we are happy to offer you free van transportation from your home to treatment and back to your home again, following treatment. This service is available Monday through Friday, during the day. We have several vans to serve our patients living in Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Contra Costa counties. Some of the specific cities we regularly serve include Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, Castro Valley, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Santa Clara, San Jose, Mountain View, Campbell, Milpitas, Palo Alto, Redwood City and San Mateo. Complementary lunch and snacks are included, and our on-site dietician is ready to assist with special requirements.
